Tile shop in Medway

We will refund returned goods only if the following conditions are met and is within 30 days of purchase.

• All returned items must be in the original packaging and must be undamaged
• Full unopened and unused items only accepted
• Proof of purchase in the form of RAD Tiling LTD till receipt or credit card statement required with all returns.
• Customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of transportation and insurance for the return of products
• We charge a 35% restocking fee on all tiles
• Special order items ordered for individual and specific needs are non-returnable
• Refund will be made within 14 days after the goods have been returned and checked

Funds can take up to 10 days after the initial 14-day period to appear back in your account dependant on the specific service offered by your bank/card provider.

RAD Tiling LTD have no influence over this time.

Any delivery charges originally paid cannot be refunded. We will charge you for the collection of goods originally delivered under our free delivery charge offer within certain areas.

• All refunds will be made to the value of price paid at the time of sale and to the amount shown on the receipt

Damages

• All goods must be checked when received and the customer must notify RAD Tiling LTD of any damages immediately.

Stock

• We will order tiles that have been paid for asap. We will notify you of any delays due to stock issues, discontinued tiles, delivery delays, etc. 
• We are not in control of low or no stock, discontinued tiles, this is down to our suppliers, we apologies on their behalf for any of these issues.
